Falls Landing Property Owners Association Inc.

Falls Landing is a small gaited community. We are located two and a half miles East of Saluda, NC, right off Hwy. 176, which is a scenic by-way. We are a non-profit association and are governed by Restrictive Covenants and By- Laws. We strive to keep Falls Landing beautiful and in its natural state. We have an array of wildflowers and indiginous trees. The residents work together to keep our subdivision functioning by donating their time and energy to to participate in any work detail.

This A beautiful addition to our community. Early Spring ephemerals, Summer wildflowers and Fall foliage paint a beautiful picture for each season. The water plummets the 100 foot drop , providing us with a cool breeze. Sit and relax in the gazebo , enjoying the nature that surrounds you.
